Watson Dallas are arranging for door to be replaced, letter received from Watson Dallas they are coming on 20th August. Got a call today (20/08/08) from Watson Dallas to say there engineer was ill and wouldn't make it, they have arranged for someone else to come out first thing tomorrow morning. Watson Dallas have now replaced double glazing |

Have received a letter from Andy Goldthorpe Customer Care Manager for East Scotland stating the gouges were a result of the door locking mechanism protruding and therefore it was not there responsibility to fix it. I have wrote back stating that his representative had agreed the multipoint locks were probably protruding because the mechanism was loose/faulty. |
