Back Garden Drainage Jan 08 The poor drainage resulted in approx 8 inches of water against my back wall, high enough to get into the cavity and more worryingly high enough to start coming in our back door. The garage has also been flooded.

Electrician argued that it was not illegal after debating the issue with him he contacted someone else and came back and agreed it was illegal.

Got a call today (20/08/08) from Watson Dallas to say there engineer was ill and wouldn't make it, they have arranged for someone else to come out first thing tomorrow morning. Watson Dallas have now replaced double glazing

Cooker hood duct not fitted correctly and ducting also too small. As a result hood has not been extracting correctly and now isn't extracting at all as ducting has come loose Mar 09   Found this problem 23rd March 09. House is now out of it's warranty period given Wimpey's poor service to date I doubt I will have much luck getting this fixed!!!!

Insulation added to low level roof in July 08 by George Wimpey staff. Winter 08/09 area still cold even after heating has been on for several hours.

Gouges in door frame Mar 08 Have received a letter from Andy Goldthorpe Customer Care Manager for East Scotland stating the gouges were a result of the door locking mechanism protruding and therefore it was not there responsibility to fix it. I have wrote back stating that his representative had agreed the multipoint locks were probably protruding because the mechanism was loose/faulty.
